Addressing Change-O-Phobia: please complete this qualtrics survey prior to Friday’s course
Q&A on Communication: In the next week, please write down a couple of things about communication at work that you find frustrating at times, or can’t seem to get right, or other people can’t seem to get right. Give as many details as you can about it (without names), and one example you’ve experienced of each one you mention, if possible.
This can be in the form of an email or an attached document.
